Then, as your neutral companion, we tell you what is important and what you should pay attention to on the market. Due to our independent structure and our extremely streamlined core business, we do not need to worry about any stipulations coming down from board members or controllers and are therefore completely loyal and impartial to our customers. This phase alone is often a valuable and extremely important phase for our customers, which is considered completely separate by nature. It often takes places merely months before the actual software project is launched.

Logistics, processes, personnel, equipment and products are as equally important to us as the IT. Individual analyses are a common part of the process.

We carry out a status analysis at your request or for extremely complex or automated logistics facilities. Based on our experience, generally intensive warehouse tours and interviews often suffice for the first step. You don’t believe it? Try us out. Whereas other companies need 12 months to draft the actual processes and put together a status analysis, we are already working on the first prototype. We focus on your future, without ignoring your past or present.

You won’t find bits and bytes in our concepts, but rather real information to go with your business which can be implemented effectively.

The concepts are comprehensive, purposeful, sustainable and are usually enhanced from a design quality of 40% to 90% after a few meetings with you. You will receive 100% upon your request, knowing that the last 10% not only represents the most effort, but is usually also determined by real life factors.

We not only create requirement specifications, tender documents, functional specifications or EWM / WM logistical concepts once we’ve been commissioned. We also give you your company-specific, viable and sustainable EWM or WM concept for if you want to implement it in your internal or external IT system yourself or have it implemented by other market competitors.

Together, we set up a qualified team and gladly support you in selecting the internal project members. Either you or we provide streamlined project management that leads the project in a targeted manner and constantly conducts follow-ups. At the same time, we consider the team as well as each employee on board as a key factor to the project’s success. We are regularly involved in "laboratory projects" – however, the most successful projects take place in the warehouse or in the vicinity of the warehouse.

Of course, we also offer implementing the solutions we developed. We establish a constructive dialogue with you in order to create your perfect system. This is generally done without or with only minimal – then justifiable – deviations from the SAP standard.

Our strategy aims to have your project capable of running on its own after its launched and supported. We won’t make you dependent on us or our developers. We’re not interested in that. We pay attention to regular prototypes and tests conducted by the responsible people, such as from the executers, and hence achieve rapid progress for all involved. Tangible, for instance, via a prototype concept.

When you introduce ERP software, additional modules or changing processes, the consultant, consulting firm and customer typically take charge of the technology and implementation. Change management, which is essential in most substantive, strategic, structural, system-based, organizational or procedural changes, is for the most part never forgotten, but dangerously undervalued.

Even a modified warehouse topology or the conversion from paper to mobile devices seems trivial at first glance, but the devil is in the details; not to mention a warehouse relocation, a company consolidation or out- or insourcing.

After "technically successful SAP implementations" by third parties, we had to frequently get the Change Management “up to speed” after the software was integrated.

In addition to audits and safeguardings, Phase II is one of our favorites. This phase is sometimes passed on to us as a result of errors, defects or shortcomings. Often, the scope was put together accordingly in Phase I or strategically decided for Phase I.

Enormous added value is usually found in Phase II. Treat yourself to this phase – regardless of whether it’s weeks or years later. It’s worth it.
